Academy
The Academy is the TopClosers video lessons, inside the application itself. They are short and to the point: in one sitting you have your agency set up and your team using the day-to-day screens, without reading anything.
Where it is
Section titled “Where it is”In the side menu, under Workspace → Academy.
Everyone sees it: the agency owner and closers alike. You do not need an active subscription to open it, so you can watch it from day one, while you are still setting the agency up.
The lessons

How to get the most out of it
Section titled “How to get the most out of it”-
Watch Onboarding and Initial setup on day one, before touching anything. Those two are what save you from configuring the agency twice.

Get the manual uploaded and the recorders connected as they show. The full order, written down, is in Step-by-step setup.

Send every new closer the Workspace lesson. That is their day-to-day: where their calls, their coaching and their schedule live.

Come back to the Manage section lesson when you need to change something — the manual, a product, billing. It is the quick reference for the management side.
