Sales manual
You upload your manual and the AI proposes a rubric: the phases of your sale, each with its weight and its success criteria. You edit and approve it. See the sales manual
TopClosers gives your sales team AI feedback on every recorded call. Each call is transcribed and scored against your own agency’s sales manual, not against a generic template. The owner sees who is executing the process; each closer gets concrete, phase-by-phase coaching on their own calls.
TopClosers is a ZeroChats product, but it is a separate, independent platform from the rest of the ZeroChats products: you subscribe to it on its own and it has its own account.
The whole product revolves around four steps that repeat on every call:
From there the cycle feeds itself: the more you refine the rubric, the more useful the feedback; the more calls come in, the more reliable the averages and rankings.

Every recorded call, with its score, its outcome and its transcript. This is where you record whether the sale closed and for how much. See calls
Call analysis
Overall and per-phase scores, what went well, what to improve, objections and key moments with timestamps. See the analysis
Coaching
Every closer’s improvement points gathered in one place, sorted by the phases where their score is weakest. See coaching
Team
You invite your closers by email. Each one sees only their own calls and feedback. See the team
Statistics

An agency in TopClosers has members with one of two roles. The role decides what you see and what you can change; it is not a permission you can work around from the interface.
| Owner | Closer | |
|---|---|---|
| Calls | All of the team’s | Only their own |
| Coaching | Any closer’s | Only their own |
| Appointments | All | Their own |
| Statistics and commissions | The whole team’s | Only their own |
| Sales manual | Uploads, edits and versions it | Not in their menu |
| Team | Invites and removes members | — |
| Products and commissions | Defines products and rules | — |
| Integrations | Connects the agency’s CRM or calendar | Connects their own recorder |
| Subscription | Manages the agency’s plan | — |
In the Calls list every row carries a status label. This is what each one means:
| Status | What it means | What you have to do |
|---|---|---|
| Needs attention | The recording arrived, but the recorder’s email doesn’t match anyone on your team, so we don’t know who to credit. | Assign the right closer from the list. Scoring starts on its own as soon as you do. |
| Waiting for analysis | The call is credited and queued for scoring. | Nothing. |
| Analyzing | The AI is reading the transcript and scoring each section. | Nothing. It usually takes a moment. |
| Analyzed | The feedback is ready: overall score, per-phase scores, strengths, improvements and key moments. | Open it and read it. |
| Analysis failed | The scoring for that call could not be completed. | Retry the analysis; if it fails again, open a support ticket. |
Optionally, connect GoHighLevel or Calendly so appointments, shows and outcomes arrive on their own, and define your products so commissions are calculated automatically.
Inside the product you also have Help in the side menu: an AI assistant that answers questions about TopClosers using this same documentation. If you need someone from the team to look into it, open a support ticket from your user menu, at the top right. It is covered in Account and support.
