Agency settings
Agency settings are the configuration that applies to the whole organization, not to one person. They live under Manage → Settings → Agency and only the agency owner touches them.
The agency name
Section titled “The agency name”This is the name of your sales agency, the one your whole team sees inside the product. You choose it when you create the account, in the same step where your workspace is set up.
The feedback language
Section titled “The feedback language”This is the setting that matters on this page. The agency language — Spanish or English — is the language the AI writes everything it generates for you in.
Which language is picked by default
Section titled “Which language is picked by default”When you create the agency, TopClosers suggests the language you are browsing in: if you sign up on the English version, the agency starts in English. You can change it right there, before creating the workspace, and later on too.
What gets written in that language
Section titled “What gets written in that language”- The rubric the AI proposes from your sales manual: the phase names, their criteria and everything generated when the manual is processed.
- Every call report: summary, criteria assessed, strengths, improvements, objections and key moments. See Call analysis.
- The coaching email a closer receives when their call finishes being analysed.
- Lead reports. See Lead reports.
How to change it
Section titled “How to change it”-
Go to Manage → Settings → Agency.
-
Pick the language in the selector.
-
Click Save changes.
What changes and what doesn’t
Section titled “What changes and what doesn’t”| When you change the language | |
|---|---|
| New analyses and coaching | Written in the new language |
| Call reports already generated | Stay in the language they were generated in |
| A rubric already approved | Is not translated on its own |
| Interface language | Unchanged — that is a per-person setting |
Don’t confuse it with the interface language
Section titled “Don’t confuse it with the interface language”They are two different things:
- Agency language: what language the AI writes in. The owner decides it and it applies to the whole team.
- Interface language: what language you see menus and screens in. Each person changes it from the top bar, and it only affects them. It is covered in Account and support.
An English-speaking closer can use the app in English while their feedback arrives in Spanish, if that is the agency’s language.
Team visibility
Section titled “Team visibility”Below the language you decide how far each closer’s numbers reach:
- On (the default): Ranking, Statistics and Commissions show the whole team, and any closer can open a teammate’s panel. Each closer’s home dashboard also gains the team’s cash leaderboard.
- Off: every closer goes back to seeing only their own numbers.
It ships on because a sales team runs on visible numbers: the ranking, the revenue and the projected commissions are what drive healthy competition and shared learning. If you would rather keep each person’s figures private, turn it off.
You can change it whenever you like: no data is copied or recomputed, only what each person is allowed to read.
Filtering out non-sales calls
Section titled “Filtering out non-sales calls”The same page has a switch: Filter out non-sales calls. It’s off by default, and only the owner sees it.
With it on, the AI reviews every recording as it arrives and sets aside the ones that are not sales calls, so they never skew your team’s scores. Internal meetings, interviews, training sessions and support calls are the typical cases.
-
Open Manage → Settings → Agency.
-
Turn on the Filter out non-sales calls switch. It saves on its own, with no button.
What to know before turning it on:
- It only affects recordings that arrive from that moment on. Whatever is already in your list stays as it is.
- A call that is set aside is never analyzed and never counts towards scores, but it isn’t lost: it stays under Not suitable, next to the calls list.
- Each one keeps the reason the AI judged it unsuitable, so you can review it and check whether it got it right.
- A call is only set aside when the AI is highly confident. If it’s unsure, or the service is unavailable, the call is ingested as normal.
You can turn it off whenever you want: from then on every recording is ingested again. Whatever was already set aside stays under Not suitable. The view is explained in Calls.
Agency access
Section titled “Agency access”The third card on this page, Agency access, is how you let in someone who doesn’t sell with you — the agency that manages your team, a consultant, your business partner — so they can see and run the agency exactly as you do, without taking a seat on the sales roster.
You can grant it by email or with a link, and revoke it whenever you want. It’s covered in full in Sharing your agency.
What else you configure under Manage
Section titled “What else you configure under Manage”Agency settings are just one tab. Next to it you have:
- Integrations — each closer’s recorder and the agency’s CRM or scheduling connection. See Integrations.
- Products — what you sell and the commission rule for each thing. See Products.
- Subscription — the agency plan, billing and the free trial. See Plans, trial and billing.
- Manual and Team live in the same management block: Sales manual and Team.
Best practices
Section titled “Best practices”- Decide the language before uploading the manual. That way the rubric is born in the right language and you save yourself a regeneration.
- Pick the language your team sells in, not your customers’ language. The feedback is read by the closer, not by the lead.
- Don’t switch mid-month if you are comparing scores: old and new reports end up in different languages and the trend gets harder to read.
