Help
An AI assistant in the sidebar. Immediate answers on how TopClosers works.
This page covers what is yours rather than your agency’s: how you sign in, your profile, and the two routes to help inside the product.
TopClosers is passwordless by default. You type your email and receive a one-time sign-in link.
Go to the sign-in screen.
Type your email and click Send me a sign-in link.
Open the email and click the link. You are in.
If you would rather not depend on email every time, you can set a password after signing in at least once.
Click your name at the very bottom of the sidebar.
Under Password, click Set a password.
Type it twice (8 characters minimum) and save.
From then on, the sign-in screen lets you choose Sign in with password. The email link always keeps working: it is your recovery route if you forget the password. From the same place you can change it later — it will ask for the current one.
It opens by clicking your name at the bottom of the sidebar. From there you can:
In the top bar there is a language selector (Spanish / English). It changes the language of menus and screens for you only.
Don’t confuse it with the language the AI writes your feedback in: the owner sets that for the whole agency, in Agency settings.

Tickets
A conversation with the support team, from your user menu. For when something is genuinely broken.
Help, in the sidebar, opens an AI assistant you can ask in plain language: how to connect your recorder, why a call shows up unassigned, what a phase of the manual measures.
When the assistant doesn’t solve it, you write to the team. It is available to owners and closers alike, and it does not depend on your plan: you can open a ticket on the Free plan too.
Click your name at the bottom of the sidebar and go to Support.
Click New ticket.
Write a short, clear Subject (for example, “Calls are not syncing”).
In the Description, say what you expected to happen, what happened instead, and when it started.
Attach screenshots or a screen recording if they help — up to 5 files of 15 MB each.
Click Send ticket.
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Open | We have received it and it is queued. |
| In progress | Someone on the team is looking at it. |
| Resolved | We consider the problem solved. |
Every ticket is a thread. Our replies show up there and you can answer in the same place, with attachments if needed. If we mark a ticket resolved and the problem persists, reply on the thread and we reopen it: no need to open a new one.
You see only your own tickets. If the problem affects the whole team, one person opening it is enough.
From your profile, the Sign out button. You go back to the sign-in screen and can sign in with another account — handy if you manage more than one agency with different emails.
