Account and support

This page covers what is yours rather than your agency’s: how you sign in, your profile, and the two routes to help inside the product.

TopClosers is passwordless by default. You type your email and receive a one-time sign-in link.

  1. Go to the sign-in screen.

  2. Type your email and click Send me a sign-in link.

  3. Open the email and click the link. You are in.

  • The link expires in 10 minutes and works once. If you take too long, request another.
  • If you can’t see it, check your spam folder.
  • The email link is the only way to register. There is no password sign-up form: both the owner creating the agency and the closer accepting an invitation get in this way the first time.
  • Owner: you register from Create your agency, set the agency name and the feedback language, and get your link. Continue at Step-by-step setup.
  • Closer: you get an invitation by email and accept it from that link. You must sign in with the same email the invitation was sent to, and that email must be the one you record your calls with. That is what ties every recording to you. See Team.

If you would rather not depend on email every time, you can set a password after signing in at least once.

  1. Click your name at the very bottom of the sidebar.

  2. Under Password, click Set a password.

  3. Type it twice (8 characters minimum) and save.

From then on, the sign-in screen lets you choose Sign in with password. The email link always keeps working: it is your recovery route if you forget the password. From the same place you can change it later — it will ask for the current one.

It opens by clicking your name at the bottom of the sidebar. From there you can:

  • Change your name, which is how the owner and the rest of the team see you next to your calls and feedback.
  • See your email, which cannot be edited: it is the key that ties your recordings to you.
  • Manage your password.
  • Sign out.

In the top bar there is a language selector (Spanish / English). It changes the language of menus and screens for you only.

Don’t confuse it with the language the AI writes your feedback in: the owner sets that for the whole agency, in Agency settings.

Help

An AI assistant in the sidebar. Immediate answers on how TopClosers works.

Tickets

A conversation with the support team, from your user menu. For when something is genuinely broken.

Help, in the sidebar, opens an AI assistant you can ask in plain language: how to connect your recorder, why a call shows up unassigned, what a phase of the manual measures.

  • It answers from this documentation. What you read here is what the assistant knows.
  • It can look at your agency’s configuration to give you a concrete answer instead of a generic one — whether your recorder is connected, for instance, or what phases your rubric has.
  • It respects your role. A closer will never see another closer’s data through it: the assistant is bound by the same permissions as the rest of the product.

When the assistant doesn’t solve it, you write to the team. It is available to owners and closers alike, and it does not depend on your plan: you can open a ticket on the Free plan too.

  1. Click your name at the bottom of the sidebar and go to Support.

  2. Click New ticket.

  3. Write a short, clear Subject (for example, “Calls are not syncing”).

  4. In the Description, say what you expected to happen, what happened instead, and when it started.

  5. Attach screenshots or a screen recording if they help — up to 5 files of 15 MB each.

  6. Click Send ticket.

StatusWhat it means
OpenWe have received it and it is queued.
In progressSomeone on the team is looking at it.
ResolvedWe consider the problem solved.

Every ticket is a thread. Our replies show up there and you can answer in the same place, with attachments if needed. If we mark a ticket resolved and the problem persists, reply on the thread and we reopen it: no need to open a new one.

You see only your own tickets. If the problem affects the whole team, one person opening it is enough.

  • One problem per ticket. Two topics in the same thread get solved half as fast.
  • Give concrete names and dates: which call, which closer, which day. Without identifiable details we cannot find the case.
  • Say what you have already tried. If you have been through Common issues, mention it and save a round trip.
  • Attach a screenshot of the error. It beats three paragraphs.

From your profile, the Sign out button. You go back to the sign-in screen and can sign in with another account — handy if you manage more than one agency with different emails.
