TopClosers is subscribed to per agency. The agency owner holds the subscription
and the whole team inherits the access: closers pay nothing and have no plan of
their own.
Everything is managed under Manage → Settings → Subscription.
Your subscription covers the platform. Each closer on your team is billed on
top of it, at €100 per closer per month.
You can always see it in Manage → Settings → Subscription, in the Closer seats
block: how many closers you have, how many free seats you have left, how many
are billed and what they add up to per month.
Every agency has a number of free seats: closers it is never charged for.
Only the closers beyond that number are billed.
If your agency already existed when seat billing launched, we gave you as
many free seats as you had closers at that moment. Your current team stays
free forever; you only pay for closers you add from now on.
If you create a new agency, you start with zero free seats and pay from
your first closer.
The agency owner does not take a seat. Only closers count.
When you invite a closer, the Team page tells you — before you send the
invitation — whether it is free or adds €100 per month.
The seat starts counting when the closer accepts the invitation, not when
you send it.
Seats get their own 14-day trial. The first billable closer you add starts
it, and until it ends you are charged nothing for seats. It is the same 14-day
trial as the platform’s, applied to your team, and it is also granted once
per customer: removing your closers and re-inviting them does not reset it.
Once that trial is over, the charge is immediate, not end-of-month: as soon
as the closer joins you are charged the pro-rata share up to the end of the
period. Removing a closer credits the rest of the period back, also
immediately.
Seats are invoiced separately from the subscription, but from the first
full month both land on the same date.
If Stripe cannot charge you for your closer seats — an expired card,
insufficient funds, a payment the bank wants confirmed — the app pauses just
as it would with no subscription: no new recordings or appointments come in
and nothing is analyzed. Your platform subscription is still active; it is the
charge for your team that is outstanding.
You will see it in a red notice at the top of every screen and in
Subscription → Closer seats. To fix it, open the Stripe portal from Update
payment method, put a working card on file, and Stripe retries the charge by
itself. The moment the payment clears, everything comes straight back — no
one to notify, nothing to wait for.
An agency on the Free plan loses nothing it already has: the app stays
browsable and everything imported so far stays there. What stops is the new work.
You cancel from the same billing portal, without writing to anyone.
Cancel during the trial and you are charged nothing for the subscription,
and nothing for seats still inside their own trial. A seat that had already
been invoiced is not refunded, but it stops being billed the moment you
cancel.
Cancelling the subscription cancels the seats too. Nothing keeps billing
on its own.
Cancel with the subscription already running and, once the paid period ends,
the agency returns to the Free plan: calls stop coming in and being analysed,
but your whole history stays accessible — calls, analyses, coaching,
commissions and statistics.
You can resubscribe whenever you want and everything resumes.
Your bill has two parts: the agency subscription and €100 per month for
each billable closer (the ones beyond your free seats). They are two separate
charges on your statement, aligned to the same date.
The amounts and what each plan includes are always on the Subscription page
inside the app, with the price and currency that apply to you. That is where the
current figure lives, whether you are about to start the trial or about to renew.
